By using our website, submitting a booking, purchasing a gift card, or scheduling an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
- Aquarius Hands provides professional massage therapy, facial treatments, spray tanning, and related wellness services.
- Service availability, descriptions, prices, duration, and appointment availability may change without prior notice.
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure that service information displayed on our website is accurate and current.
2. Appointment Booking
- Appointments may be booked through our website, by telephone, or through other booking methods provided.
- An appointment is considered confirmed only after the booking is completed and the required deposit is received.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when making a reservation.
3. Deposits
- A $50 deposit may be required to secure an appointment.
- Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Failure to provide notice may result in the loss of the deposit.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in additional booking restrictions.
5. No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend without notice is considered a no-show; the deposit may be forfeited.
- Future appointments may require full payment or a new deposit before confirmation.
6. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to avoid delaying the next client; the full service price still applies.
7. Pricing and Payments
- Prices on the website are subject to change. The price at the time of booking will generally apply.
- All applicable taxes and fees will be communicated during the transaction.
8. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are subject to specific terms at purchase and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
- Lost or stolen cards may not be replaced.
9. Health & Safety
- Clients must inform us of health conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities.
- Communicate any discomfort to your therapist immediately.
- We reserve the right to decline service if deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
10. Not Medical Advice
Our services are not intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional if you have medical concerns.
11. Professional Conduct
We maintain a professional environment based on mutual respect. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Sexual or inappropriate conduct
- Harassment or threatening behavior
- Abusive language or disrespectful conduct
- Unwanted physical contact
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately without refund if prohibited conduct occurs.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with policies, or suspected fraud.
13. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and following pre/post-service instructions.
14. Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific cosmetic or wellness outcomes.
15. Website Content & Intellectual Property
